One-person independent project

Built for daily use. Shared for free.

CyberGems began as a personal toolkit born from frustration with everyday Windows applications.

I found existing tools either lacked essential features, came with hefty price tags, or felt unnecessarily bloated. This prompted me to develop my own solutions.

After countless hours of hobby development and refinement, I successfully replaced nearly all my previous applications with my custom-built alternatives. Recently, I decided to share the entire suite as free open-source software, while continuing to enhance and expand its capabilities.

  • ✦ 10 Windows apps
  • ✦ GPLv3 open source
  • ✦ Offline-first
  • ✦ No account needed

What this is — and what it is not

✓ It is

  • · An independent developer building tools I use every day
  • · 10 desktop apps for Windows, GPLv3, public source and builds
  • · A long-term project: I maintain what I depend on

✕ It is not

  • · Not a company, not a team, not funded.
  • · No personal data collected, no accounts, no upsells
  • · No personal identity here by choice. My software is the credential

Privacy note: I keep my personal identity private. Everything verifiable. Source, releases, issues — is public on GitHub.

Principles

Privacy-first

Your data never leaves your PC. No servers, no cloud, no hidden telemetry.

Local-first

Everything works offline. No account, no subscriptions, no external dependencies.

Open source

GPLv3 licensed. You can audit, modify and redistribute the code freely.

100% Free

No ads, no in-app purchases, no limitations. Free software at its fullest.

Fast & light

Native desktop apps. No browser overhead, no heavy Electron shells.

Sober design

Clean interfaces without distractions. Every element has a clear purpose.
