Installation & Setup
Requirements
- Windows 10 / 11
- No additional runtime required (bundled with Electron)
Installing
- Download the latest release
- Run the installer (
CyberTray-Setup-x.x.x.exe) - Follow the setup wizard
- CyberTray launches automatically after installation
Windows SmartScreen
Windows may show a SmartScreen warning the first time you run the CyberTray installer; this is expected until Windows builds enough reputation for the file.
To continue:
- Click More info.
- Click Run anyway.

Setup

cd CyberTray
npm install
npm run dev
Build for Production
npm run build
npm run build:electron
The installer will be in the release/ directory.

Communication uses Electron IPC via contextBridge. Hotspot polling runs at 200ms intervals.
