|---|---|
| Sort column and direction | The last sorted column and order are restored on startup |
| Hidden columns | Columns hidden from the header menu stay hidden |
| Search history | The 10 most recent non-empty searches |

| Suppressed confirmations | Choices you asked the app to remember, such as the close action |
Configuration File
Location
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CyberManager\settings.json
An older per-machine file at %ProgramData%\CyberManager\settings.json is still read as a fallback when the per-user file does not exist yet.
Manual Editing
- Close CyberManager
- Edit the JSON file
- Restart CyberManager
Closing the Window
Closing the window (the X button, Alt+F4, or the compact close button) asks whether to minimize to the notification area or exit completely. Both options can remember the decision, and a remembered choice skips the dialog on later closes. Press Enter for minimize to tray, Space to exit, or Escape to cancel.
Reset Settings
Reset to Defaults
- Go to Settings
- Click Reset to Defaults
- Confirm the reset if prompted
The reset restores themes, window state, tray behavior, search and task histories, confirmation choices, hidden columns, sorting, and global hotkeys.
⚠️ This clears all settings. Export first if needed.
