Mini Mode
CyberClock includes a compact Mini Mode, an always-on-top clock bar with 15 unique skins.
Overview
Mini Mode provides:
- Compact clock bar that grows to fit the time and date faces
- Slim (1 Row) or Compact (2 Rows). Compact (2 Rows) is unavailable while Show Date is off
- Always-on-top visibility
- 15 unique visual skins
- Visual skin gallery picker with signature styling
- Transparency controls
- Optional Day Progress line on the bottom edge. Hover shows the percentage of the day that has passed
- Position lock and multi-monitor edge clamping

Floating Desktop Widgets Suite
Mini Mode also provides access to standalone desktop widgets from its context menu:
- New Timer, New Stopwatch, New Calendar, and New Analog Clock: each opens its own desktop window.
- New Alarm: opens the alarm designer in Full Mode. The same item is on every widget menu.
- New Relax: opens a floating relaxation session. Its menu can open full Relax.
- Floating Controls: Quick ⋮ More button with on-screen ticker tips and contextual action panels. The ticker can be turned off in Settings → General → Behavior.
- Independent Position Locking: Lock or unlock positions individually for any open widget without locking others.
- Persistence Across Restarts: Open floating widgets are remembered and accurately restored to their exact screen positions across reboots.
- Cross-Widget Launching: Any active widget's right-click context menu lets you launch other widgets on demand.

Position Lock & Clamping
Independent Locking
- Contextual position lock per widget: toggle it for the Mini Clock, Timers, Stopwatches, Analog Clock, or Calendar independently
- Unlock anytime from the widget's context menu to reposition
- Remembers position and locked state across sessions
Auto-Fade (Inactivity Dimming)
- Optional idle dimming after a few seconds of inactivity
- Preset fading targets: 70%, 50%, 30%, or 15% opacity
- Restores full 100% brightness instantly when hovering over the widget
Multi-Monitor & Clamping
- Real-time screen boundary clamping prevents windows from being dragged off-screen
- Accurate physical-to-logical coordinate restoration across multi-display DPI scales
- Position persistence per monitor
Context Menu
Mini Mode Menu
Right-click the mini clock. The menu opens with Mini Mode · CyberClock:

Layout, the skin gallery, zoom, and Show Date live on the Customize tab. Switches there leave the menu open. Compact (2 Rows) is locked while Show Date is off. With Show Date off, the bar shortens and the date returns on hover.
