Keyboard Shortcuts
Reference for the keyboard controls currently available in CyberFeeds.
Global Hotkeys
These can work while CyberFeeds is minimized or another application is active. They are configured in Settings → Keyboard.

Each action can be assigned a shortcut and can be switched between Global and App scope. The default reset keeps only Show / Hide enabled.
Article List Navigation
When the main article list is active and no modal or panel is open:

| Arrow Down | Select the next loaded article |
| Arrow Up | Select the previous loaded article |
| Home | Select the first loaded article |
| End | Select the last loaded article currently loaded |
| Delete | Move the selected article to the trash |
Clicking an active/selected article card deselects it and returns to the welcome screen.
Search

| Enter | Run the search when Instant search is disabled |
| Escape | Clear the article search field |
With Instant search enabled, results update as you type. The search field is available in the article-list header.
Article Viewer

| Ctrl+F | Open in-article search bar |
| Enter / Shift+Enter | Next / previous match in active article (also F3 / Shift+F3) |
| Enter or Space | Play a YouTube video when its play control is focused |
| Escape | Close active search bar, close panel, or dismiss text-selection toolbar |
The viewer toolbar also provides buttons for in-article search, font size, starring, sharing, opening in a browser, and fetching full content where applicable.
Forms and Dialogs

| Enter | Run the primary action in Add Feed, Add Folder, Edit Feed, or Edit Folder forms |
| Escape | Close the active dialog or panel |
| Backspace or Delete | Clear a shortcut while recording it in Settings → Keyboard |
Customizing Hotkeys
- Open Settings → Keyboard.
- Click the shortcut field for an action.
- Press the desired key or combination.
- Toggle Global if it should work while CyberFeeds is unfocused.
Changes are saved automatically. Conflicts with another configured action are highlighted, and Reset to Defaults restores the standard assignments.
