CyberSnap is a screen capture and annotation suite for Windows with vector tools, high-speed OCR, screen recording, and a color picker, built for casual and power users with .NET 10 and WPF. It combines a floating capture widget, rich annotation editor, multilingual text recognition, local image search, and flexible export options.
