Settings
CyberSnap's Settings window has 12 tabs: General, Capture, Video & GIF, OCR, Notifications, Sounds, Hotkeys, Widget, Editor, Gallery, Uploads, and Backup & Data. There is no Appearance tab (theme/scale/language live under General → Interface) and no Achievements section (celebrations are a toggle in the Notifications tab; achievements themselves open in their own window).
Every title-bar More menu also carries a Help submenu with the contextual wiki page.

Hotkeys
Four assignment groups with click-to-assign (Press keys…), per-row clear (×), Reset all, and a PrtSc banner (how to unbind the Snipping Tool, opens ms-settings:easeofaccess-keyboard):
- Capture & Global — Area Capture, From Center, Fullscreen, Active window, Scrolling Capture, Repeat last area, Screen Recorder MP4, Screen Recorder GIF, plus the four standalone tools (OCR, Color Picker, QR & Barcodes, Ruler)
- Capture Toolbar — annotation tools used inside the overlay (single-key defaults:
F1–F12, 1, 2, Ctrl+Z undo, plus in-capture O/C/Q/R for OCR/color/QR/ruler)
- Annotations Editor — Pan (
Space), Pick, tools, Crop (3), Cut Out (4), and view shortcuts (zoom 7/8/9/0)
Only Area Capture (Alt+Shift+A) is bound on a fresh install; everything else is unbound until you assign it (Reset restores Alt+Shift+A, annotation defaults like Ctrl+Z, and clears the rest). Modifierless keys are blocked except PrintScreen; conflicts show a toast.

Independent Auto-Copy
Clipboard delivery is configured separately for screenshots, scrolling captures, OCR, QR/barcodes, MP4, GIF, and colors. Changing one type does not change any other type. Ordinary and scrolling captures also have separate preview preferences; image presets preserve the scrolling preferences.
- Screenshots: the Clipboard step under When finished, or Auto-copy screenshots under Capture Behavior. Image presets and the setup wizard affect screenshot delivery only.
- Scrolling captures: their own Auto-copy and Show preview after capture options in the widget's More menu.
- OCR: Auto-copy OCR text in Settings or Auto-copy in the OCR result window/overlay.
- QR/barcodes: Auto-copy QR/barcode results in Settings or Auto-copy in the scanner result window.
- MP4 / GIF: each format has its own Clipboard outcome step.
- Colors: Auto-copy in the color detail window.
OCR, QR, and color tools also have Show this window. Hiding a result window enables auto-copy for that tool if needed. Turning off auto-copy keeps that tool's result window enabled. Both options can be on together.

Widget menus and Settings synchronize always-on-top, edge, monitor, hover delay, and placement. The widget's More menu groups delivery preferences by mode, including separate MP4 and GIF Trimmer switches; open result windows synchronize their delivery toggles as well.

Uploads
Five sub-tabs: General (default provider, PNG/JPEG format, open-URL-after-upload), CyberSnap Share (server URL, optional personal API key), ImgBB (optional key), Imgur (Client-ID-gated), Custom destination (FTP/SFTP/S3/Webhook: protocol, host, port, username, password, remote directory, public URL base, webhook URL).
